Why

receive
a
phone
call?
This
can
occur
if
your
phone
line
was
busy
or
congested.

ensure
that
you

not
have
any

screening
services
that
may
block
our
call;
if
you
do
have
a
call
screening
service
or
anonymous
call
blocking
through
your
telephone
provider,
you
may
have
to
disable
the
service
temporarily
in
order
to
receive
our

If
you
are
using
a
dial-up
internet
service,
make
sure
you
disconnect
from
the
internet
immediately
after
you
click
the
call
button.
Also,
choose
the
'Call
me
in

option,
not
the
'Call

Make
sure
that
the
phone
number
we
are
trying
to
call
is
correct.
Choose

correct
State
and
Area
Code
and
then
enter

phone

without
the
area
code
or

automated
and
will
only
call
Australian
land
line

not
