After
you
receive
payment,
promptly
forward
the
item
to

buyer.

sale
It

your
obligation
to
complete
the
sale.

reason
both
you
and

mutually
agree
to
cancel

sale
after
the
auction
ends,
you
can

for

Offer
An
Underbidder
Offer
allows
you
to
offer
an
item
to
one
or
more
non-winning
bidders.
The
offer
allows
the
underbidder
to
purchase
the
item
with
a
BuyNow
price
that
is
equal
to
the
maximum
bid
they
placed.
If
you
have
sufficient
stock
or
the
winning
bidder
did
not
pay
you,
you
can
send
an
Underbidder
Offer
to
one
or
more
of
your
underbidders.
