do
if
you
receive
a
late
payment
There
are
several
possible
scenarios
of
what
could
have
happened
between
the
time
the
item
sold
to
the
time
you
received
the
late
payment.
We
will
try
and
cover
some
of
them
here.
You
still
have
the
item
or
have
an
identical
item:
Payment
received
after
filing
an
Unpaid
Item
report:
-
- If
you
have
not
yet
closed
the
Unpaid
Item
report
you
can
update
the
status
to
Paid
and
send
the
item
to
the
buyer.
- If
you
already
closed
the
Unpaid
Item
report,
and
wish
to
finalise
the
sale,
follow
these
steps:
- Mark
the
unpaid
item
report
as
PAID.
The
system
will
automatically
remove
the
Unpaid
item
mark
from
the
buyer's
account
and
charge
the
seller
the
sale
fee
again.

closed
unpaid
item
reports

>
Disputes
and
click
the
link
View
Closed
Unpaid
Item
Reports
near
the
bottom
of
the
page
- Notify
the
buyer
of
the
payment
received
- Send
the
item
to
the
buyer
- Leave
the
buyer
a
rating
Payment
received
after
relisting
the
item:
-
- If
the
new
listing
has
received
a
bid
or
has
been
purchased
- If
you
do
not
have
identical
items
-
You
cannot
finalise
the
sale
with
the
late
paying
buyer
anymore
as
you
now
have
a
new
buyer.
Notify
the
late
paying
buyer
of
the
payment
received
and
tell
them
you
no
longer
have
the
item
and
need
to
refund
their
payment.
Ask
them
for
their
payment
information
so
you
can
refund
the
payment
- If
you
have
identical
items
(additional
items)
-
You
can
finalise
the
sale
with
the
late
paying
buyer
and
the
new
buyer
- Mark
the
unpaid
item
report
as
PAID.
The
system
will
automatically
remove
the
Unpaid
item
mark
from
the
buyer's
account
and
charge
the
