Manage
Your
Items
You
can
manage
your
items
from
within
'My
OZtion'.
Click
on
any
of
the
links
in
the
'My
Selling'
or
'My
Buying'
sections
to
enter
the
relevant
list
and
access
all
the
functions.
For
example,
go
to
My
OZtion
>
My
Selling
>
Selling
to
manage
your
currently
listed
items.
Edit
an
item
(My
OZtion
>
My
Selling
>
Selling)
Items
can
only
be
edited
if
no
bids
have
been
placed.
To
edit
an
item
go
to
your
'Selling'
in
My
OZtion
and
click
'Edit'
next
to
the
listing
you
want
to
edit.
If
you
change
the
selling
period
of
a
selling
item,
the
new
period
will
only
take
effect
when
it
is
relisted.
Note:
If
you
remove
any
promotional
features
from
the
item,
the
promotional
fees
cannot
be
refunded.
You
can
use
the
'Quick
Edit'
in
My
OZtion
to
edit
items
quickly.

You
can
end
an
'Auction'
item
or
'BuyNow'
item
anytime
by
selecting
'End
it
now'
in
the
'Action'

available

the
item
has
NO
bids.
Bid
history
View
the
bid
history
of
an
auction
item
to
see
bidders,
bid
amounts
and
date
&
time
of
bid
by
clicking
'Bid
history'.
This
option
is
only
available
when
the
item
has
bids
on
it.
Reject
bid
(My
OZtion
>
My
Selling
>
Selling)
The
highest
bid
can
be
rejected
by
selecting
'Reject
bid'
from
the
'Action'
box
and
then
click
the
'Select
action'
button.
You
may
want
to
reject
a
bid
if
you
think
the
bidder
is
suspicious
or
the
bidder
has
requested
to
cancel
the
bid
for
some
reason.
This
option
is
only
available
when
the
item
has
bids
on
it.
Sell
it
now
(My
OZtion
>
My
Selling
>
Selling)
Sell
the
item
to
the
current
highest
bidder
before
the
auction
ends
by
selecting
'Sell
it
now'
in
the
'Action'
box
and
then
click
the
'Select
action'
button.
You
will
need
to
state
the
reason.
Cancel
(My
OZtion
>
My
Selling
>
Selling)
Use
when
you
want
to
'Cancel'
an
auction
item
that
has
bids.
All
bids
will
be
cancelled
and
bidders
will
be
notified
by
email.
Select
'Cancel'
in
the
'Action'
Box
and
then
click
the
'Select
action'
button.
You
can
enter
a
reason
of
why
the
listing
was
cancelled.
Note:
You
can
only
cancel
an
auction
if
the
item
is
lost
or
broken
or
there
was
an
error
in
the
listing.
A
cancellation
fee
of
$3.00
will
apply.
Sell
Similar
(My
OZtion

You
can
list
a
similar
item
by
selecting
'Sell
similar'
from
the
'Action'
box
and
then
click
the
'Select
action'
button.
A
new
item
will
be
created
in
the
listing

with

same
details.
Review

revise
the
details
if
needed
before
submitting
to
list
the
item.
Relist

You
can
relist
an
item
by
selecting
'Relist'
from
the
'Action'
box
and
then
click
the
'Select

button.
Add
Note
You
can
add
a
note
for
your
reference
which
is
attached
to
the
item.
Select

box
and
then
click
the
'Select
action'
button.
Clear
Clicks
Each
item
has
a
click
counter
(Clicks)
shown
at
the
top
of
the
item.
Every
time
someone
clicks
on
your
item
(to
see
it
in
full)
the
clicks
number
increases
by
1.
You
can clear
the
clicks
counter
of
an
item
by
selecting
'Clear Clicks'
from
the
'Bulk
actions'
box
(at
the
bottom
of
the
'Selling'
page)
and
then
click
the
'Continue'
button.
Contact
Buyer

You
can
select
'Contact
Buyer'
from

'Action'
box
and
then

Send
Invoice

View

Paid
&
Sent
Status
To
help
manage
which
items
have
been
paid
for
or
sent,
you
can
tick
the
'Paid'
and
'Sent'
check
boxes
in
the
'Sold'
list.
You
must
click
the
Save
"Paid
and
"Sent"
status
button
to
save
the
selections.
You
can
also
notify
the
buyer
that
you
have
sent
the
item,
by
selecting
the
Notify
buyer
when
sent
check
box
before
saving
the
Paid
and
Sent
status.
Note:
If
you
accidentally
mark
an
item
as
Paid
or
Sent
you
can
un-tick
the
selection
and
click
the
Save
"Paid
and
"Sent"
status
button
again.
Leave
a
Rating
&
Comment
You
can
rate
your
buyer
or
seller
by
leaving
them
a
Rating
&
Comment.
Select
'Leave
Rating
&
Comment'
from
the
'Action'
box
and
then
click
the
'Select
action'
button.
Revise
a
Rating
&
Comment
You
can
edit
a
previously
left
Rating
by
selecting
'Revise
Rating
&
Comment'
from
the
'Action'
box
and
then
clicking
the
'Select
action'
button.

Bulk
Actions
You
can
select
multiple
items
(tick
the
boxes
to
the
left
of
item)
and
choose
a
bulk
action
to
apply
the
action
to
multiple
items.
For
example,
you
could
select
several
items
and
highlight
them
or
delete
them
in
bulk.
After
selecting
items
and
a
'Bulk
action',
click
the
'Continue'
button
next
to
the
Bulk
actions
box.
Watchers
Shows
how
many
members
have
selected
to
add
your
item
to
their
Watch-list.
You
can
reset
the
number
of
watchers
with
the
Bulk
Actions
box.
Note:
This
will
not
affect
the
buyer's
Watch-list.
Working
with
multiple
pages
of
items
By
default
each
list
in
My
OZtion
will
show
30
items
per
page,
if
you
need
to
work
with
items
on
different
pages
you
can
do
either
of
the
following:
-
Change
the
items
per
page
to
a
higher
number
- Remove
old
(completed)
items
from
your
list
by
selecting
items
and
then
choosing
'Remove'
in
the
'Bulk
actions'
list.
- Work
on
each
page
at
one
at
a
time.
Questions
from
other
members
An
email
will
be
sent
to
you
from
OZtion
when
another
member
asks
you
a
question
about
one
of
your
items.

'Questions
received'
in
'My
OZtion'.
