The promotion is subject to the following Rules & Conditions. By entering the promotion you will be deemed to have accepted the rules and conditions.

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences at 12.01AM AEDT 05/04/2007 and closes at 11.59PM AEDT 09/04/2007. ("Promotion Period")
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter you must be an OZtion member (free) and your account must be in good standing. Your Rating score must not be less than 0 and you must not have any disputes against you during the promotion period or within 21 days of the promotion ending.
4. Egg points are awarded as follows: Red & Gold Eggs are worth 1 Egg point when clicked on (only the first click for each member is counted). Bonus Egg points can be earned if the item is won or purchased (must click on Egg first). An item won/purchased with a Red Egg equals 64 bonus Egg points, whilst an item won/purchased with a Gold Egg is worth 128 bonus Egg points. Note: Items listed with multiple quantities will count as one egg.
5. Prizes will be won by the top 7 members with the most egg points. If more than one member gets the same points, the prize will be awarded to the member that got the points first.
6. The Prizes consist of: 1st Prize AU$300 Cheque, 2nd Prize AU$60 Cheque, 3rd Prize AU$40 Cheque, 4th-7th place each receive a USB micro storage device valued at $30 each. Total Prize value equals AU$520.
7. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The results will be displayed on the OZtion website on the 09/04/2007 and the winners will be notified on 30/04/07.
9. One entry per person only.
10. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow 28 days from the close of the promotion for delivery of their prize.
11. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
