From 21 May 2007 until 30 June 2007 OZtion and Paymate are giving everyone a chance to win a $200 OZtion Shopping Voucher or Credit to your OZtion Sellers Account. Entry is simple, BUY or SELL an item with secure Payment through Paymate.

The promotion is subject to the following Rules & Conditions. By entering the promotion you will be deemed to have accepted the rules and conditions.

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences on 21 May 2007 12:01am AEST and closes on 30 June 2007 11:59pm AEST. (“Promotion Period”)
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion and Paymate or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter the competition you must be a member of OZtion (free to join) and successfully win or sell any item which has been paid for using Paymate between 21 May 2007 and 30 June 2007 on the OZtion website. www.oztion.com.au.
4. Prizes included are: 1st Prize 1x $200 OZtion Shopping Voucher or Credit to Sellers Account. 2nd Prize 1 x $100 OZtion Shopping Voucher or Credit to Sellers Account. 3rd Prize 1 x $50 OZtion Shopping Voucher or Credit to Sellers Account. 4th – 9th Prize 1 x $25 OZtion Shopping Voucher or Credit to Sellers Account. The total prize pool is $500.
5. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be drawn in order of prize value at 11:00am on 7 July 2007 from all entries at the premises of OZtion Pty Ltd.
8. Winners will be notified by email and published on the OZtion website by 3:00pm 9 July 2007 and must be claimed no later than 1 month after the winners are announced.
9. Each successful winning bidder will automatically receive an entry into the prize draw.
10. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 7 August 2007 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.
11. Vouchers won can be used to purchase anything on OZtion up to the value of the voucher including shipping or used as part payment towards items over the value of the voucher including shipping from any seller that accepts the Voucher Terms and Conditions.
12. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
