RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences on 27 April 2007 12:01am AEST and closes on 30 April 2007 11:59pm AEST. (“Promotion Period”)
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter the competition you must be a member of OZtion (free to join) and have an answer judged by the OZtion staff to be the funniest or best OZtion experience during the Promotion Period on the OZtion website. www.oztion.com.au . Answers containing HTML and User ID's will not be permitted or eligible to win.
4. Prizes included are: 1st Prize 1x $50 OZtion Shopping Voucher, 1 x OZtion Polo Shirt valued at $24.95, 1 x OZtion Bumper Sticker valued at $2.50. 2nd Prize 1 x $30 OZtion Shopping Voucher, 1 x OZtion Polo Shirt valued at $24.95, 1 x OZtion Bumper Sticker valued at $2.50. 3rd Prize 1 x $20 OZtion Shopping Voucher 1 x OZtion Polo Shirt valued at $24.95, 1 x OZtion Bumper Sticker valued at $2.50. 4th - 7 th Prizes 1 x OZtion Polo Shirt valued at $24.95, 1 x OZtion Bumper Sticker valued at $2.50. The total prize pool is $292.15.
5. Polo shirts - choose from Small Medium or Large in White or Black. Subject to Availability.
6. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Judging will be conducted at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 2 May 2007 from all entries at the premises of OZtion Pty Ltd.
9. Winners will be notified by email and published on the OZtion website by 12:00pm 09 May 2007 and must be claimed no later than 5 working days after the winners are announced.
10. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 14 May 2007 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.
11. Contestants are only allowed one entry which must be posted in the Funniest Home OZtion forum.
12. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow up to 28 working days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
13. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
