RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences on the 4th February 2008 12:01am AEST and closes on 29th February 2008 11:59pm AEST. (“Promotion Period”)

2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.

3. To be eligible to enter the competition you must be a member of OZtion (free to join) and list an item for sale on the OZtion website between the 4th February 2008 and 29th February 2008.

4. Each member that lists an item for sale on the OZtion website during the promotion period will automatically receive an entry into the prize draw.

5. Prizes included are: 2x Apple iPod touch 8GB MP3 Player valued at $419 each. The total prize pool is $838.

6. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. You must not have any disputes against you during the promotion period or within 7 days of the promotion ending.

8. Winners will be drawn on the 7th March 2008 from all entries at the premises of OZtion Pty Ltd.

9. Winners will be notified by email and published on the OZtion website by 3:00pm 8th March 2008 and must be claimed within three months from the 7th March 2008.

10. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 7th June 2008 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.

11. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow up to 28 working days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.

12. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
