The promotion is subject to the following Rules & Conditions. By entering the promotion you will be deemed to have accepted the rules and conditions.

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences at 12.01AM AEDT 21/03/2008 and closes at 11.59PM AEDT 24/03/2008. ("Promotion Period")
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter you must be an OZtion member (free) and your account must be in good standing. Your Rating score must not be less than 0 and you must not have any disputes against you during the promotion period or within 7 days of the promotion ending.
4. Points are awarded as follows: 5 points for each item won or purchased that was listed as a standard listing. 10 points for each item won or purchased that was listed as a Featured listing at the time of winning or purchasing. Note: Additional points are not rewarded when buying multiple quantities of the same item number.
5. Items must be won (auctions) or purchased (BuyNow) during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
6. Prizes will be won by the top 5 members with the most points. If more than one member gets the same points, the prize will be awarded to the member that got the points first.
7. The Prizes consist of 5 x AU$100 Cheques. Total Prize value equals AU$500.
8. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners will be notified and displayed on the OZtion website by the 31/03/2008.
10. One entry per person only.
11. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow 28 days from the close of the promotion for delivery of their prize.
12. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
