Promotion
commences

Entry
is
open
to
all
Australian
residents
over
the
age
of
18.
Staff
of
OZtion
or
their
partners
and
children
will
not
be
eligible
to
enter.
-
To
be
eligible
to
enter
you
must
be
an
OZtion
member
(free)
and
purchase
one
or
more
items
with
a
"combined
final
price"
of
AU$50
or
greater
from
OZtion
sellers
within
the
promotion
period.
Note:
The
"combined
final
price"
means
the
total
price
of
auction
and
BuyNow
items
before
postage.
You
will
receive
one
entry
for
every
$50
"combined
final
price"
spent.
The
items
must
be
paid
for
before
21/11/2008.

Prizes
included
are:

Champers
Hampers
valued
at
$130
each.
The
total
prize
pool
is
$2600.
-
Prizes
are
not
transferable,
exchangeable
or
redeemable
for
cash.
-
You
must
not
have
any
disputes
against
you
during
the
promotion
period
or
within
7
days
of
the
promotion
ending.

Winners
will
be
drawn
on
the
21st
November
2008
from
all
entries
at
the
premises
of
OZtion
Pty
Ltd.
-
Winners
will
be
notified
by
email
and
published
on
the
OZtion
website
by
5:00pm
21st
November
2008
and
must
be
claimed
within
three
months
from
the
21st
November
2008.

Any
unclaimed
prizes
will
be
entered
into
an
unclaimed
prize
draw
on
21st
Febuary
2009
to
distribute
the
prizes
if
they
are
unclaimed
by
that
date.
-
Prizes
will
only
be
delivered
in
Australia
and
the
winners
should
allow
up
to
28
working
days
from
the
prize
draw
for
delivery
of
their
prize.

If
for
any
reason
these
promotions
are
not
capable
of
running
as
planned,
including
due
to
infection
by
computer
virus,
bugs,
tampering,
unauthorised
intervention,
fraud,
technical
failures
or
any
other
causes
beyond
the
control
of
the
promoter,
which
corrupt
or
affect
the
administration
security,
fairness
or
integrity
or
proper
conduct
of

reserves
