Eggstravaganza Promotion Rules & Conditions

The OZtion Eggstravaganza promotion is a game whereby members have to browse through listings on OZtion looking for Red & Gold Eggs in the listing detail. Red Eggs will be randomly placed on items when the promotion begins. Gold Eggs will be placed on Promotional Featured items with a BuyNow Price of $10 or more when the promotion begins and on any new Promotional Featured items with a BuyNow Price of $10 or more listed during the promotion period. When a member finds an Egg, they must click on the Egg to receive 1 Egg point (must be signed in). Red & Gold Eggs are worth 1 Egg point when clicked on (only the first click for each member is counted). Bonus Egg points can be earned if the item is won or purchased (must click on Egg first). An item won/purchased with a Red Egg equals 10 bonus Egg points, whilst an item won/purchased with a Gold Egg is worth 20 bonus Egg points.

The promotion is subject to the following Rules & Conditions. By entering the promotion you will be deemed to have accepted the rules and conditions.

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. The Promotion commences at 12.01AM AEDST 07/04/2009 and closes at 11.00PM AEDST 13/04/2009 . ("Promotion Period")
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
  3. To be eligible to enter you must be an OZtion member (free) and your account must be in good standing. Your Rating score must not be less than 0 and you must not have any disputes against you during the promotion period or within 14 days of the promotion ending.
  4. Prize money will be won by the top 3 members that collected the most Egg points. If more than one member gets the same points, the prize will be awarded to the member that got the winning point first.
  5. The Prizes consist of
    • 1 x 1st Prize AU$500 Cheque
    • 2 x 2nd Prize AU$250 Cheque
    • 10 x 3rd Prize AU$100 Cheque
    Total Prize value equals AU$2000.
  6. No correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The winners will be displayed on the OZtion website on the 13/04/2009 and notified by email 14 days after the promotion ends.
  8. One entry per person only.
  9. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow 28 days from the close of the promotion for delivery of their prize.
  10. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
