About

Perth
Rat
Rescue
&
Rehab
We
are
dedicated
to
the
rescue,
rehabilitation
and
re-homing
of
domesticated
Rats
in
Western
Australia.
My
name
is
Aimee
and
I
am
the
face
of
the
rat
rescue.
Along
with
my
husband
and
children
we
are
opening
not
only
our
home
but
our
hearts
to
the
care
and
rehabilitation
of
homeless
domestics
Rats
with
the
option
to
either
re-home
them
or
care
for
them
lovingly
for
the
rest
of
their
natural
lives.
My
husband
and
I
are
very
committed
to
giving
any
Rat
in
our
care
(Be
it
our
current
pets
or
rescued
one)
the
love,
attention
and
professional
care
to
ensure
that
Rats
in
our
care
are
healthy,
content
and
that
they
live
there
life
as
stress
free
as
possible.
I
have
had
pet
Rats
on
and
off
since
I
was
a
teenager
(many
years
ago)
and
have
always
loved
the
gifts
of
love
and
devotion
that
I
get
from
my
pets.
My
husband
is
fairly
new
to
Rats
but
has
a
quiet
appreciation
for
them
and
he
even
enjoys
the
cuddles
and
love
they
give.
Our
children
have
always
had
animals
around
them
and
have
been
taught
from
an
early
age
the
responsibilities
of
pet
ownership
and
care.
We
currently
have
many
pet
Rats
and
have
room
for
more
in
our
hearts
and
home.
We
have
set
ourselves
realistic
guidelines
as
far
as
how
many
Rats
we
can
house
at
any
one
time
as
well
as
thinking
about
the
care,
handling
and
budget
for
each
individual
Rats
needs.
PRRR
has
come
a
long
way
in
a
little
over
a
year.
We
have
managed
to
rescue
nearly
80
rats
and
have
rehomed
all
but
3
of
them
so
far.
In
the
future
we
would
love
to
start
an
association
or
club
for
domesticated
Rat
owners.
We
have
already
organised
a
number
of
get
togethers
for
other
rat
owners
and
ourselves.
In
the
coming
months
we
have
some
new
goals
that
we
would
personally
like
to
reach
including
being
able
to
get
out
into
the
public
and
help
offer
people
additional
information
regarding
rat
care.
We
hope
by
offering
products
here
at
Oztion
will
enable
us
to
continue
to
rescue
and
re-home
domestic
rats.
We
would
like
to
thank
you
in
advance
for
you
support
of
a
cause
that
we
feel
is
worthy.
