  3. I can't find what I am looking for?

    We are continuously adding new products to our inventory, If you can't find what you are looking for in our Shop or Auctions, just let us know what it is and we'll let you know if we can get it for you. info@golfclubwarehouse.com.au

  4. Is GST included in the advertised price?

    Yes all advertised prices include GST. The invoice sent with your purchase will include the GST component. Advertised shipping rates also include GST.

  5. What are the payment options?

    We prefer direct deposit. Please remember to put the Item Number in the description of your deposit.

    We will also accept bank cheques or money orders. Please let us know when you send them so we know to watch out for them in the mail.

    We now havecredit card processing facilities through our secure checkout. We can also process credit card payments through Paypal, or PayMate. Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.

    Just let us know how you would like to pay when you checkout.

     

  6. Does postage include insurance?

    Yes, all items will be posted with insurance. The insurance cost is already included in the postage and handling cost.

     

  7. Do you offer postage discounts for multiple items?

    Yes, before you pay, just send us an email with the items you wish to combine postage for and we will send you a new payment invoice with your postage discount included. sales@golfclubwarehouse.com.au

  8. I Live in Tasmania, Can I pick up my purchase?

    Yes you can pick up from our Warehouse, please email info@golfclubwarehouse.com.au for details

     

  9. Do you post internationally?

    Yes we do, please send us your address details to info@golfclubwarehouse.com.au for a quote.

    You may be subject to import duty and taxes.

  10. Have you received my payment?

    We will send you an email when your payment clears in our bank account.

    To see the status of your order at any time go to the link at the bottom of your confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase.

     

  11. Has my order been posted?

    Orders are posted within 1-2 business day's of your funds clearing. We will send you an email as soon we post your order.

    Your order will arrive within 3-10 days depending on your location.

    If you order has not arrived after 10 days please check your address details are correct eg Home or Office. Then send us an email with your item number and we'll follow to find your order.

    No. Everything from GolfClubWarehouse is brand new; we do not sell used equipment.
