This item is a "New" Battery-Charging system Tester, 6/12Volt. This device is used by Auto Electricians for testing Auto Electrical "Loads" on Batteries and Alternators and Generators. It needs to be used with care as it gets "very hot" in use, through "load shedding" with electrical elements.

Ideal for locating that electrical problem on alternators/generators that appear when circuits are loaded, but not any other time. Has an easy to read gauge which gives direct readout of  0-16 Volts as well as graduated battery condition scale.
