PERFECT GIFT IDEA!

This auction is for a beautiful little mini quilt on it's own mini quilt rack.

I have made the quilt from a gorgeous print that has one inch square blocks and quilted inbetween each one using wadding and a tan coloured homespun for the backing, then handsewn a dark brown binding around it. i have also stitched it onto the rack so that it wont slip off. The quilt itself measures approx 22cm by 14cm.

I have made the mini quilt rack from pine wood, cut out a heart shape on either side and stained it a lovely dark brown.
Finally i have given it two coats of lacquer with a sanding inbetween coats so it has a nice smooth finish! The rack itself measures approx 18 1\2 cm wide by 17 cm high by 8 cm deep.

 I can also make these using different colour themed fabric and a lighter stain if you prefer.
