The zippered top comes all the way back for great ventilation and easy entry. In addition it has a full length zippered mosquito netting in top and front for easy entry, 14oz waterproofed cotton canvas, foam mattress with cover, heavy duty waterproofed canvas base, #10 spiral double sided zip runners and much more. • Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 7 day exchange policy if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is completely damaged on arrival. Minor variations in model, colour, specifications are not usually reason for a refund.
• Buyer must return the item within 7 days of auction in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Refund provided at our discretion within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless item is damaged or incorrect.
• If size is incorrect you may return the item to Wild Earth at buyers expense in exchange for the correct size within 7 days. Please take care in measuring size to ensure correct fit.

• Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post Parcel service or Startrack Express 
• Please allow up to 2 - 6 working days for Australian delivery, and 5 -14 days for international orders, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
