Each item is packed with the utmost care and should be delivered to your door unharmed, no matter how rough your postie is. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. If you have chosen the Registered Post option & it doesn't arrive, then together we can file a report with Australia Post & they either find it or refund you in full. If you haven’t chosen the Registered Post option, then we will can still go to Australia Post and request an undelivered items report. However, compensation is solely up to Australia Post’s discretion. I use recycled packaging (boxes or padded bags/envelopes) where possible and either recycled bubble wrap or recycled foam/paper. I prefer NOT to use Prepaid Satchels as they don’t offer much protection.
