Artwork Requirements

Art studio

We offer an art studio. Most basic art and design is free. A small fee may be payable for more complex designs.

General Requirements
The artwork required is quite simple it needs to be solid colour only no screens. Just remember the higher the quality the better the result. We will check all art before printing. You will be required to sign off on art before printing commences.
File formats we accept are eps, ai, cdr, jpg, bmp, tif, psd, word, pub. size should be 210mmx297mm max. If artwork is not to our standard there will be a small charge for any work done to fix it. We will contact you before hand to let you know what needs to be done.

All Shipping is via Aust Post with options available. Due to items being lost in the post all items will be sent registered post. We take no responsibility for lost packages. In saying that we will trace all lost parcel's to best of our ability. Pickup is an option we will contact you when your item is ready for pickup. Please note: As all our products are hand made to order shipping times will very from product to product in most cases it will be within 7-14 days from order date. 


No product or art will be made until payment in full has been received. Please do not bid or purchase if you do not intend to pay for the item. All art work needs to be signed off prior to the product being made.Any mistakes with the artwork from that point on are soly your responsibility eg: spelling mistakes. We have a 7 day return policy if you are not completely happy with the quality or product has a default under normal use we will replace it with a new one.
