Here are some usually rare bits of Australian History. I picked this one up years ago, They are the original Queensland State Mining Certificates issued to one Mr Arthur Finlay who in 1913 when these were issued was residing at Baree, Mt Morgan ,Qld.The two Certicificates Included are No.41 Issued 1st September 1913 (Before WW1)for a special Winding License worked by electrical, and No.60 General Winding License issued on the 18th September 1913. Both of these include on them the actual impress of the Qld Dept. of Mines Stamp and are housed in the orginal registered Mail cylinder (R3079)that they came with ,still with orginal stamps and markings.
A True part of our history and getting rarer every year as they are all nearly 100  years old.....
