If making your payment by bank deposit please ensure you leave your username as reference. Payment is required to be made within 5 days of the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. SHIPPING All listed products are in stock. We do not dropship. We strongly recommend that you take up the registered shipping option for an additional $2.80. In the event of a parcel going missing in transit, you will be covered for up to $100. Further insurance is also available by request. In the event you choose to not take up this option & your parcel is lost in transit, we will file a claim on your behalf. Should the claim be unsuccessful however, we cannot reimburse your costs. In the unfortunate event that this does happen we will keep you updated as to the progress of the claim investigation by Australia Post and will provide you with their Customer Complaint Reference Number for your records and keep you updated as to the progress of the claim.
