If you haven’t chosen the Registered Post option, then we will can still go to Australia Post and request an undelivered items report. However, compensation is solely up to Australia Post’s discretion. I use recycled packaging (boxes or padded bags/envelopes) where possible and either recycled bubble wrap or recycled foam/paper.
