This item is a NEW Fragram 3/8" Drive Air Ratchet Wrench, p/n #Fr952. Air Ratchet wrenches are very handy and versatile tools to have. Ideally suited to Mechanical and Body Shop work, radiator, waterpump, panels, under bonnet fasteners etc..

Excellent for repetitive assembly and disassembly work in the Mechanical or Fabrication Shop.
