For testing criteria we have chosen a location which is approximately 60km north of Newcastle.

Although the testing area is NOT known for it's great reception qualities, however, testing of this dedicated UHF DIGITAL TV ANTENNA has shown some remarkable results.

Distance and line of sight from transmission towers along with your physical environment.

The quality of reception received is directly related to the physical distance between your location and the transmission towers of your local TV station. Good reception should be expected up to say 50km from your nearest transmission tower, though this is not the sole criteria.

Also important is whether there is a relatively clear line of sight (i.e. no major physical obstacles such as mountains or tall buildings) between your location and the transmission towers.

Generally speaking, the closer you are to a transmission tower and the clearer your line of sight the better your chances in receiving good TV reception.

Should your line of sight be impeded by physical obstructions, then this may effect the quality of TV reception you receive.

Do you live in a valley surrounded by high mountain ranges? Are you surrounded by a number of tall buildings and or Tall Trees? You could be living in what is known as a reception black spot. Indeed, any number of factors could be preventing you from receiving perfect TV reception.

To recap on all of the above, this antenna is optimized for DIGITAL UHF reception, as such, it is likely to give better results in UHF digital reception, as opposed to VHF reception, it will however, give good quality VHF reception, bearing in mind all that is advised in the listing.

Furthermore, as far as reception is concerned all things as advised above must be considered,

namely that the quality of TV reception has many variables, as such, whilst you may get fantastic reception in one particular location, you may get mediocre reception in some other locations, and in some extreme terrain areas you may NOT get any reception at all.

In consideration of this, reception or the quality of reception cannot be guaranteed as advised previously in the listing.

Once your payment is confirmed, purchases will be posted on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week.

RETURNS - REFUNDS POLICY:

In the event item is faulty, item will be exchanged. Please contact BizzLink-Auctions-Online to advise of intention to return item for exchange.
Item must be returned within 14 days of shipment date. Please also be advised replacement item will be sent free of shipping costs, however, NO OTHER SHIPPING FEES WILL BE REIMBURSED.
