We do NOT except refunds for change of mind.

We do not refund postage costs in either direction, and we do not accept receiver pays postage.

If your item is faulty on arrival we will offer an exchange within 7 days when accompanied with a copy of your invoice.

For smaller items postage will be listed in item description. For larger items please contact me with your p/code for a quote.

We do discount postage for multiple items.

Goods will be sent within 3 days after payment is received and cleared.

All items are checked and packed with great care. Once the items have been posted we cannot take responsibility for them.

If you are concerned about lost parcels we can send by registered post for a small extra fee, please advise before checkout.
