utmost
care

delivered
to
your
door
unharmed,
no
matter
how
rough
your
postie

If

item
arrives
damaged,
please
contact
me

have
chosen
the
Registered
Post
option
&
it
doesn't
arrive,
then
together
we
can
file
a
report
with
Australia
Post
&
they
either
find
it
or
refund
you
in
full.
If
you
haven’t
chosen
the
Registered
Post
option,
then
we
will
can
still
go
to
Australia
Post
and
request
an
undelivered
items
report.
However,
compensation
is
solely
up
to
Australia
Post’s
discretion.
I
use
recycled
packaging
(boxes
or
padded
bags/envelopes)
where
possible
and
either
recycled
bubble
wrap
or
recycled
foam/paper.
I
prefer
NOT
to
use
Prepaid
Satchels
as
they
don’t
offer
much
protection.
If
you
would
prefer
your
items
to
be
posted
this
way,
please
just
email
me
and
I
will
arrange
it
and
adjust
the
postage
costs
accordingly.
I
post
every
day
of
the
week
excluding
weekends
and
Public
holidays.
Your
item/s
will
be
posted
within
12/24
hours
of
your
payment
being
verified,
sooner
if
possible.
But
please
take
into
account
the
above
exclusions.
And
I
always
email
you
to
inform
you
your
item/s
are
on
the
way.
And
of
course,
I
understand
that
occasionally
you
need
something
in
a
hurry.
