The top is marked US size 3X and I 'guesstimate' it will fit sizes 22-24 but the only way to be sure it will fit you is to compare measurements to those from a simliar garment you already wear. 
 
Measurements are approximate and are taken across with garment lying flat.  
  
Underarm to underarm - 71-89cm
Across the bottom - 72-93cm
Sleeve length from underarm - 5cm
Garment length - 69cm
