IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BUYERS TO READ!!

• Payment must be received within 7 working days , unless prior  arrangements have been made with me. Please make contact within 3 days from purchase. If you have a problem with payment, I am flexible, just drop me an e-mail to explain your situation.

• Yes I offer combined postage. This is worked out on the total weight & thickness of the package. I do not over charge you on postage, you pay what it costs me only, plus a small fee for the bubble lined packs that I send all my packages in.
• Please contact me for your combined postage costs BEFORE paying & going thru the checkout.
• When you have completed your purchases, please activate the checkout, so that I know you are ready for your invoice.
• I endeavour to post all items on the day or the next day that payment shows in my account.

• At this time I only post to Australia.

• I take great pride in the way I package your items. All items are packaged with great care. I package all items so that you pay the cheapest postage possible. All items are posted in a bubble lined post pack envelope!!

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

I accept the following payment options:

DIRECT DEPOSIT: you will receive my bank details when you go thru the checkout.

MONEY ORDER: Available from Australia Post. These are a great secure way to make payment if you do not have online banking!

OVER THE COUNTER PAYMENT:  Payments can be made at any branch of the NAB -please ask the teller to leave your  username so I can identify your payment.

POSTAGE STAMPS:  I will accept unused, current Australian stamps as currency  for smaller payments. Please e-mail me first if you choose this option. For payments of  less than $10.00 only.

PERSONAL CHEQUE:  Items will be posted once personal cheques clear.

When making your payment it is VERY important to leave your OZtion username/ID so that I can identify your payment easily.  If I cannot trace your payment, it will may delay your item/s being posted to you.

 POSTAGE OPTIONS

• All items are posted via Australia Post.
•  I highly recommend that you have your parcel sent by registered post.
• Registered post items are trackable & insured up to $100. Cost for Registered post is $2.80.
• I am not responsible for lost/damaged goods in the post. Once I have posted your parcel/s I am no longer responsible for it.
• Express, regular & satchels have no insurance.
• EXPRESS post satchels & envelopes are traceable. REGULAR post is not traceable.
