• Will the GPS give me spoken directions in my language?
  The language of the GPS displays on the GPS software you use. Most popular GPS software come in a variety of languages these days.
• Is the magnetic base of the DVB-T antenna and GPS antenna strong enough to be placed on a car?
  Yes, the base of both the GPS and DVB-T antenna are built with powerful magnets, so they can stay on when you go racing with your car.
• Does DVB-T work well even when the car is moving?
  Yes, the the quality of the DVB-T picture is dependent on the broadcast signal reception. Driving should not interfere with the digital broadcast signal unless, for example, you enter a tunnel.
• How do I connect my iPod to this unit?
  Use the included cable to connect to your iPod. The cable plugs into the AV and the mini-USB.
• How do I play files from an SD card or a USB flash disk?
  First plug in the card or the USB key. To access the files, first go to GPS, then go to Videos or Music.
• Can I put in an SD card for GPS and an SD card for multimedia at the same time?
  No. This device can only take one SD card at a time.

Warranty - 12 Month Warranty

• In general, if a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.
• Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to our return address in either Hong Kong or China as instructed by Customer Support.
• Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
• When we receive your authorized return we will repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us.
• If a repair is impossible we will credit you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.

Exceptions to Warranty

• The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
• The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
• Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule
• Projector Lamps have a special condition applied due to the fact that lifetime depends on hours of use
