Payment is to be made within 5 days from time of sale. We accept direct deposit, AP money orders or paymate. Our preferred method is by direct deposit.
If paying by direct deposit please use your Oztion user ID as a reference 


 
If your item is faulty or broken on arrival please contact immediately. We will refund or replace with proof of breakage within 7 days.
We do not give refunds for change of mind.
 

 
We combine postage cost for multiple purchases where possible, Purchases must be made within 7 days and paid for in one payment.

Goods will be sent within 3 days after payment has been received.
All items are checked and packed with great care. Once items have been posted we cannot take responsibilty for them.
