This item is sent using eParcel, a receipted delivery service from Australia Post. With this service, a contractor will attempt delivery of your item and if there is no one at home, they will leave a note so you can collect the parcel from your local post office. This service also allows for delivery to PO boxes. We will email you once the item has been shipped. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery dependant on which part of the country you live in.

To ensure against loss of damage in the mail, all of our items are covered by transit insurance.
