All my items are sold as is - that said, if you have a problem with a bought item, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, we may be able to come to an arrangement. If a refund is ever offered, it will only be on return of the item/s to me at your expense and minus the postage/handling fees.

 

I try to describe all my items as best I can. If you have any questions, please ask before buying.

 

I send all items via Australia Post, unless the item is too large and then it will be sent via courier. All items will be packed carefully, however, I will not be responsible for lost items once I send them, although I will file a complaint for you if they do go missing to try and recover your parcel or money, however this cannot be guaranteed. I recommend you request Registered Post for protection of your goods in transit.
I post at least once a week on Fridays, occasionally other days too, but please be aware that you may have to wait until the following Friday after I recieve your payment for your item to be posted.

I happily accept Paypal as a payment method, however please be aware that at times there may be a delay in posting your item while the funds are transferred to my bank account (3-5 days).

I act as a trading assistant for people in my locality. This means I sell items for others at a commission rate on online auction sites (as well as my own items), so you never know what I might have up for auction at any time. Exchange service is now available! Trade in your goods for credit to spend in my store. Goods must be pre-approved and dropped off to me and I will credit you with half of what I think I can sell them for. Especially great for trading in your kids clothing for the next sizes up. Please let me know if you are after a particular size when trading in goods as I have a lot not listed yet, or able to be sourced for you. I have a brochure for this service if you want more information - just ask! If this service takes off in the children's clothing area as I am hoping then I will introduce a range of new children's clothing that you can also buy.
