I don't have a huge Speil with long and confusing sentenses about policies, terms & conditions of use. etc..

Simply put..

All of my templates  can be used for any site as long as it isn't altered in any way.

Unless otherwise requested, I'm more than happy to make any changes if needed..

I comply with all the copyright rules.

So my templates will not be in breach of any copyright laws.

All images purchased are used in one design only and is stated in every listing with a credit at the bottom.

Other credits to artists are placed on my storefront..

All images used will be included in a zipped folder for the buyer to host themselves.

Thus avoiding any loss of content..

I'm also happy to upload them into your own personal image hosting account and place them into the template..
My Shop front CSS code is from the original creater with full permission of use.

I'm always close by to answer any questions or comments you may have..
