REFUND/RETURN

suppliers,
with
all
stock checked
before
listing,
including
unsealed
game
discs.
Due
to
copyright
laws,
refunds
or
returns
for
replacement
of
same
item
on
games
are
only
available
on
products
with
a
manufacturer's
fault on
receipt.
Toys
must
be
"Dead
on
Arrival".
Please
email us within
3
days
of
receiving
item/s
and let us
know
your problem
in
as
much
detail
as
possible,
and we
will get
back
to
you
within
24
hours.
If
an
item
needs
to
be
returned
for
replacement
or
refund,
we
will
send
a
Faulty
Product
Return
Form
via
email,
which
you
can
fill
in
and
return
to
us.
Post
is
non-refundable
from original
order.
TotalGamesToys
pays
for
shipping
replacement
item
to
you
(if
applicable).
Exchanges
on items
with
a
manufacturer's
fault (once
returned
and
tested)
are
dependant
on
stock
availability

if
no
replacement
stock
available,
a
refund
