They are made available with particular issues of publications or sometime after collecting token sequences and sometimes paying an additional sum of money. Newspaper/magazine sellers are not permitted to sell these discs separately. The individuals who purchased the promotional disc are not subject to NOT FOR SALE. They are free to sell them or otherwise dispose of them.
