Payment Info

I accept payment by Paymate or Bank Deposit. Details in checkout and invoices. I understand that some buyers find Paypal convenient, but their reckless and dishonest conduct is not acceptable. Thankyou for not asking me to accept Paypal.

Shipping Info

Unless otherwise indicated, or agreed with buyer, my items are sent by Australia Post.

Items are posted within one working day of receiving cleared payment.

I strive to keep shipping costs down. This includes using letter post when possible. With multiple items, I pass on postage savings when available, but sometimes two or three items cost less to send separately by letter post than to combine in a parcel, hence no savings. Also with the increased value of combined shipments, I may specify (e.g.) registered post and this may reduce or eliminate savings. (If actual cost is higher than total of the item page amounts, then I'll pay the extra myself.)

Parcels over 500g are usually sent using 3kg prepaid Express satchels. For shipments too heavy or bulky for 3kg satchels, I now also use the new 5kg satchels.

If your order is urgent please note that my Express consignments do not qualify for Australia Post's Guaranteed Delivery. However, I am in the Platinum Express network so IF you are also in the Platinum network I can send your item(s) with guaranteed delivery by Platinum. Extra charges apply!
